of the 18th instant of a letter signed "Wireless" reflecting

on the acting Assistant District Land officer for the Southern

District of the New Territories and we beg to ten der him our

sincere apologies for its insertion, we have no grounds for

believing that his administrationof his office has been any-

thing but what it should have been.
